Suggested Usage: -Use short, light strokes to fill in sparse brows -Apply the powder onto the brow using the Mini Duo Angled Spooley Brush #7. -Use the spooley brush to pull the color through. -Use both shades of Brow Powder Duo to create an even finish that has natural highlights and lowlights. -Apply the darker shade to areas that have little to no hair, and then the lighter shade over both the darker shade and the rest of the brows.
