I am very disappointed with what has been sent to me. I had a pair of 38 blue Crocs exactly like this but one broke after much wear. To replace the broken pair I purchased this pair from Joom in good faith that I would get the same type of sandal. I ordered the same size as the pair that had broken but when the shoes from you arrived they are way smaller than the original 38's. I add a photo so you can see. What I received is more like a 37 or even a 36! The shoe in the middle is the remaining unbroken croc from my previous pair. They all say size 38. Please can I get a refund.

The they look as shown but doesn’t fit correctly on my right foot. Feel bunched up. Unfortunately

Fit is true (5) but don’t look as nice as in photos on site
