High-class manual meat grinder. Product from the renowned brand Kinghoff, model KH-1432. This version of the machine is adapted for both an electric motor and manual drive.. An important part of the machine is a matching worm screw mounted on a bearing, which, set in slow rotational motion (hand-powered by crank/wheel or using a motor) moves the pieces of meat towards the rotating knives of the meat grinder, which are driven by the worm gear and press the meat through a plate with small holes with sharp edges.
