[AutJrny] Deep 2-tier steamer basket, 21cm, made of cedar and bamboo, includes 50 steaming sheets.

[Cedar Steamer vs. Bamboo Steamer] Compared to bamboo steamers, cedar steamers have many advantages. The fine mesh allows the surface of the food to dry while the inside remains fluffy and tender. Also, cedar has excellent heat retention, which shortens cooking time. Unlike bamboo, which has low moisture resistance and requires careful storage, cedar stays dry even in humid environments. In addition, it has a pleasant, subtle woody scent that people like, and it is lighter than bamboo, making it easy to carry and store. [Innovative Double-Layer Design] Going beyond conventional steamers, this set features stackable layers, providing ample space for steaming. It can be used as a steamer for vegetables or rice, allowing you to cook multiple dishes simultaneously. [Enhanced features for large dishes] The newly designed 6cm high lid and 7.5cm high steamer basket layers (no steps) allow you to easily steam larger ingredients such as large steamed buns and dumplings. The reinforced sides improve durability and strength, ensuring stable performance even with long-term use. [Optimal Cooking Experience] The waterproof sides and double-layered cedar wood lid prevent condensation from dripping onto food, ensuring even and consistent cooking. The finished dish retains its ideal texture. It is lighter and easier to handle than traditional metal steamers. [Healthier Cooking & Easy Care] Choosing this cedar wood steamer over frying or grilling allows it to absorb excess moisture, preserving the natural flavor and nutrients of your food. For longevity, lightly rinse it with water and let it steam before first use, and apply oil regularly. Please note that it is not microwave, dishwasher, or oven safe. [Packaging Notes] To prevent damage during transport, the lid is likely placed between layers of cedar steamer. You may need to tear open the plastic packaging to find the lid upon arrival.
